William Bell – SVP Sales Management
“Will” has expanded the sales reach of Liquid Asset to buyers across the globe for nearly a decade. He started as the SVP of Marketing & Advertising and after becoming an expert in asset values & sourcing global buyers, he moved on to become the Senior Vice President of Sales in 2011. He first learned about store operations, equipment, and disposition at the age of 13, spending his summer on the disposition of fixtures and equipment from buildings; leaving them vacant and in broom swept condition. Following a nationwide art competition in 2001, he was awarded a scholarship from Robert Morris College and went on to graduate the following year with an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design. During high school and college, William held various positions within the food industry as well as working with a local newspaper where he handled layout, ad design and illustrations. Coming full circle, he finds himself once again selling assets and emptying buildings, but on a much larger scale. Some of his major accomplishments include the disposition of Capital Assets from 1,100 Wal-Mart stores in 3 months, sourcing liquidation buyers from Asia for $10million of inventory from Blonder Home Products, and closing deals to empty out 2million sq ft of stores and distribution centers for American TV & Appliance. His ability to quickly understand the value of assets across retail, industrial, wholesale and equipment has been integral to our team. He goes to bat for buyers, helping them find the best deals for their company while maximizing value for our clients. William is USPAP appraisal certified and received his CEA designation from the American Machinery Equipment Association. He graduated from the prestigious Missouri Auction School & is a licensed auctioneer across the USA.
